Houses in Metro Manila and nearby provinces, usually on pre-painted metal (rib-type) roofing or concrete deck. Sizing starts from your last 6–12 monthly electric bills, not from roof area.
On-site scope of work
Load and bill study
Our engineer reads 6–12 months of kWh consumption and the utility rate on your bill, then separates daytime from evening load. Daytime-heavy homes get a larger array; evening-heavy homes get battery capacity instead of more panels.
Roof and structural check
We measure purlin spacing, gauge and span of the roofing sheet, and check the condition of the trusses. Rail spans are set so panel clamps land over purlins — never on unsupported sheet — and rusted or thin sheets are flagged before any mounting is quoted.
Shading and orientation
Azimuth and tilt are checked against neighbouring firewalls, water tanks and trees. In PH the practical tilt is 10–15 degrees facing south or south-east; low tilt still needs enough pitch to self-clean during the rainy season.
Wind and waterproofing
Clamps, rails and standoffs are selected for typhoon-belt wind loading, and every roof penetration on concrete or trapezoidal sheet is sealed with EPDM-backed fasteners and butyl tape. Cable entries use gland plates, not silicone alone.
Electrical works
DC strings are matched to the hybrid inverter MPPT voltage window at the PH temperature range, with DC and AC breakers, surge protection and a dedicated grounding electrode. Conduit is UV-rated and clipped at fixed intervals so the run stays straight and serviceable.
Commissioning and turnover
String voltage, insulation resistance, earth resistance and inverter parameters are logged, the monitoring app is set up on your phone, and you receive an as-built single-line diagram with the exact panel, inverter and battery models installed.
